Both individuals answered all my questions and concerns immediately and I could not have asked for a better team. I want to personally thank both individuals for making this the easiest refinance I have ever experienced.
You are not the secret service, so why is it so hard to speak with your person. Give up a number to reach that person. Unorganized, not timely, just about as unprofessional as any I've dealt with. Not much else to say..DeeDee Akins saved your rear ends.
