Everyone we worked with were simple to talk to and made things move along fast and easy - I liked that I got updates and did not have to call to find out what was going on. Thank you for shortening our loan years and make us save some money!
This was an great and smooth process. I did have on hiccup however, this was all my doing and staff who I spoke to helped me right away and took care of things right away thank you for all who was involved in my process as everyone should be recognized.
It took three times for PennyMac to schedule appointments to close on our loan. Finally, by the third time, it worked. We had issues due to the Coronavirus that needed special attention and PennyMac was not in communication with the title company. The process was more drawn out than it should have been.
Amir was amazing- very professional and easy to work with. Belinda was also amazing. I called one day when Belinda was not available ( not sure of the person I spoke with), but they were very rude. Otherwise, dealing with Amir and Belinda was great. This was the easiest transaction I have ever completed as it pertains to mortgage servicing. I would use Penny Mac in the future!
This was easily the worst lending experience I have ever had. My credit was pulled twice for one app, I spent at least three hours on the phone just attempting to fix the errors noted in my application completed by the lending agent. It was never adequately corrected. Duplicative documents were requested in due dilig; when told we had already provided them, they had us provided them again anyway because they said they were buried in 200 other documents and didn't know how to find them. Horrible.
