Customer Service Reps were always available to take my call without having me wait longer than 2 minutes.
I loved the weekly meetings to let me know where we were in the process. I would suggest a full roll forward from payoff of the old loan to purchase of the new loan. Would clarify the closing documents. Thanks!

I assume that all the miss connections happened because of COVID-19. I’m glad that overall I was able to refinance and finish the closing.
Telling me I was paying for points to bring my interest rate to 2.875 would have been nice. This was NEVER communicated to me. I don't buy points! I will ensure this doesn't happen to me again. My wife's and my credit is outstanding! We don't need to buy points and over pay for someone's commission. Very bad business.
Several emails ignored. Phone calls ignored. Promised to call back and didn’t. Mistake on papers held up dispersement.
