Every time I responded to the emails as instructed, I never got the answers I was looking for. Every time I called and asked for my loan officers, I never got to actually speak with them except ONCE when I was transferred to my initial contact person. Then he told me Jacob would be contacting me that day or within 24hrs, not only did that not happen, but about a week later I got an email that we were canceling our refinance-which was not the case.

I'm being asked to complete a survey for Jacob rogers, whom I've never met nor spoken directly to. So what would be better is, allow us to ignore your request for a survey, choose not to complete it, and not receive daily emails asking for me to complete it.

I had two issues with the proces. It went slower than expected but I suspect that was due to the national health crisis and wan't really a problem. The second issue was the format of the request for documentation. It wasn't clear what I had already completed and you received, and what were new requests. I would have expected that once received those requests wouldn't show up on folllowing emails or at least clearly indicate that no action is required. Overall it was an easy expereince.
