Entire process was easy. Everyone communicated everything clearly and was always available for any questions.

Communication between all your staff. I talked to approximately 6 different people and never got the same answer. I was told not to submit vehicle statements the was told to submit them and then asked why I submitted the documents. No one talked to each other and got asked to submit documents I already did weeks prior. At closing, I had to pay an addition $590 for credit card debt I paid off but no one checked and it was in my closing documents. There are more problems I had.

well because I already had the loan with Penny Mac the process was very easy, really did not need to send anything else, there many other offers from different companies but I held out for the right time and it pay off in the end. Going with a company which have treated me very well over the years I saw no reason to mess up a good thing. CHEERS to the Penny Mac team.
