Good rate, weekly status updates.
My remortgage could have not gone better. I was approved by another lender and decided to go back to PennyMac because of the past service and making me feel like I was important. The other lender was manipulating the financing when in actuality they were charging more than PennyMac.
Nobody's fault but, just the hazard of all communication either online or over phone made it difficult at times to get everyone one on the same page at the same time. Especially with the two parties being in two different time zones.
Service started out great but at the end - when I notified Jamie of big error in closing documents - I received no communications and the identified errors were not corrected. In addition, I had indicated that I wanted my HELOC balance paid but that I did NOT want my HELOC closed. I found out later that it was closed in the process. Very unhappy about that.
