From start to finish, our refinancing process was very easy, fast and efficient. John Fyad and Norma Brambila were very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There was absolutely NO STRESS involved! I highly recommend PennyMac and will refer anyone considering purchasing or refinancing their home!

I am extremely happy with Penny Mac! Thank you for your professionalism, promptness and commitment to excellence! The only feedback I would give for future is that, while I never had trouble getting a hold of you at PM, my realtor and title company did have trouble getting through to Penny Mac on more than one occasion during this closing process. Not sure why. But that is something to address for sure!
Refinancing was fast and locked into a good rate. Very happy with Pennymac.
The team was very responsive and helpful. I was surprised how simple it actually was. And the lady who came out to witness our signatures was funny, professional, and accommodating. We sat out by our covered pool... (COVID-19 safe spacing) and plowed right through it... no surprises.
I really appreciate the speed in which the loan was closed. After I offered Penny Mac a chance to compete with a new refinance offer that I had received from another banking institution, not only did they counteroffer with a lower APR, they closed the deal quickly.
I refinanced my home and Nicholas was very helpful. We discussed my situation, income, plans and budget for my mortgage. Nicholas advises me of what route he thought would be the best for me to take. After a little thought it was by far the most logical suggestion for me. I originally planned on contacting multiple companies to get several quotes but after speaking with Nicholas went with PennyMac. I highly recommend PennyMac and have already recommended them to several co-workers.
