There was a bit of a bump when first submitted my application online.. communication was not directed directly to me. I followed up promptly and was immediately put in contact with Corey G., from that point on... things went smooth to transitioning to Ammie M., who stayed on top of my closing process. Great job! Greg did an excellent job finishing out the loan process. Before he took over there were a couple of times I felt this loan was not going to make it to closing. He was able to course correct on some missteps others had made and finish out the loan process with a positive outcome.
