Loan funding at closing took longer than expected and resulted in not getting our keys the day of closing.

I'm very happy with my service
From start, in between the process and the closing with notary is within the time expectation. I am now waiting for my $2,500 reimbursement of my property tax paid from my old mortgage that we refinance currently in the first place. I say perfect if I receive my $2,500 fast just like when you asked me to wire transfer $1800 more or less and have wired from my Verity CU bank right away that was the next day after signing the paper works with the notary on 4/8/2020. I give 10 perfect score.
