Our refinancing went smoothly and very fast. Very happy with the quick responses from the loan team, everything went as promised. Would recommend to everyone.
Nancy was wonderful and our experience with her was perfect. We did have a problem at the very end of closing with Servicelink and notary. We gave the notary a voided check with our banking acct info. Servicelink says they never got it and the notary could not locate it either. Neither party could account for the misplaced check. Our concern is that the misplaced check leading to some sort of fraud. This is not an ideal time to be dealing with having to change our banking account info.
