This process began before this whole virus thing. John was good with the application. The ladies working from home were as effective as they could. I seldom received info from Michael unless I prodded first through John or one of the ladies. I was never called "to keep me informed" about the process as I was instructed at the beginning. I was not called as I was told I was to be called to follow up; to answer a question; to bring me up to speed. I always had to explain that he was my guy.

The only hiccup was the policy on flood insurance. I was very disappointed that the evidence I supplied was not accepted until someone read it carefully after I had already been told my loan would not go forward with that evidence. I am happy the issue was reviewed and the evidence was accepted, but that happened over a week later.
