It was fairly simple.
Walked me right through the process with no hiccups. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner

Nichole was very helpful and sent consistent communication throughout the whole process. As a customer I feel that we got nothing but a world class customer experience! Overall, Nichole was just awesome and made the process and made the refinance actually very pleasant!
Hector was very attentive and patient with all our questions. He returned phone calls and exceeded our expectations.
The original paperwork were incorrect which added weeks to the closing date and required me to pay my lawyer almost $600 in additional fees to complete the refinance process.
The closing documents changed fairly significantly and this was not communicated at all. At closing when I called to speak to my loan adviser I did not feel the explanation for the reason of the change or why it not communicated earlier was very frustrating. I felt very mislead.
Service was fast! Work with me on location and place for closing! Everything I asked about was explain and thing I was supposed to receive I did! THANKS
