One part of the process that was frustrating was not asking for all the paperwork at once instead of over a couple of weeks. I would rather provide too much at once.
This was a great, efficient, and professional experience through the PennyMac team. It definitely met all expectations that they set for me in doing this refi.

Closing process was not well coordinated. Closing cost amount I was informed of the day before closing and morning of closing were different from closing amount recieved hours before closing resulting in an unforseen and last minute scramble to obtain and wire additional 2000 dollars in funds. The team worked hard and proved effective overall but I often spoke with many different individuals making it seemingly difficult for them to maintain accurate communications and a smooth closing process.
Liam always called and left me voicemail messages and then I was able to call and get answers to my questions.
Liem was prompt to return calls and get answers to any questions. It was a pleasure working with him.
