My loan processor the first one, Shikira, never called when I was told repeatedly that she would. Mary the 2nd one, never called back. Destini left a voice mail and never called back. I NEEDED ONE PERSON TO WORK WITH. The system of having no one available to work with me was very bothersome. I had to call every day and talk to a different person, I talked to about 16 different people in 4 weeks. Timely responses, clear updates on documents throughout the process. Transparency where other lenders tried to just get me to take their word for it - I liked the ease of getting updated estimates while I was shopping and ease of approval with the pre-work that I did.

The title company was selected by PM however, during signing there was no assistance or support for questions. We had duplicate paper work, had to return bc to the title company 3 times to sign bc of incomplete documents or not receiving the correct ones.
