Outstanding friendly service. Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a very short fuse to close and they made it look easy. The PennyMac team has made me a loyal customer. Peter did an amazing job despite a process and requests made multiple times, an unusual requests made by Penny Mac that were highly unusual. In the last 6 months, I only provided all of my personal information to DOD for national security requirements and Penny Mac and now I am a victim of identity theft. I found your automated systems to be poorly designed while your customer service by Peter to be impeccable.

The final disclosure for closing happened the day before closing, that is fine except our cost to close almost doubled due to an error by PennyMac. There was a deduction calculated that was wrong. We were able to pay the extra cost, but that could have been a huge problem.
The process was so smooth, that I almost felt like we were missing something. Sandi did an amazing job at communicating each step as we went. By far, the best experience we've had!
It took almost 8 weeks to close on this refinance. I did not know that checks would be sent to me to pay creditors which caused delays in getting them paid before another payment was due. I wish they could have been paid via electronic payments and paid on time.
