Pennymac was great. The only negative was the delay in the time frame caused by the appraiser, not a pennymac issue.
Nobody ever figured out that the two co-signers had separate email addresses, so I was constantly forwarding information. We had to call to get clarification on several requests. A lot of this was not Linda’s fault though

Jamie was great and communication was on point. He would always call to inform me. Even though Pennymac is a large coMpany, it definitely felt like small “tailored to you” business.
It was easy and very professional.
Jessica kept us informed throughout the process, communicated with us in terms of the steps and timing. She was great to work with - awesome!
