Crystal was absolutely wonderful!!! This is NO reflection on her. Was asked for the same documents multiple times. Was asked to review my disclosures AFTER I had closed.
Very organized and easy to reach, was willing to work with my schedule. Everyone was courteous and helpful!
Zero coordination between the people who asked for documents. Docs were sent 3 and 4 times. Expectations were unclear. I especially had difficulty with Andre. Very arrogant and always right. No customer service skills at all. Entire team needs an overhaul. One person needs to run the team. Not all.
