The title company made this experience very unpleasant. I had to find my own surveyor which took awhile. Then every time I turned in documentation there was more needed instead of telling me upfront. Also the communication was very poor. My closing was cancelled twice and I was not notified of anything.
Alan Chichakly was the Best! Norma Brambila needs to learn absolutely more about communication, over the process of my loan I feel as if I was on the payroll of Pennymac I need my check for employment. I wouldn’t recommend you all As a former penny Mac client I will refinance out of this loan as soon as I can and take my business elsewhere! Norma gets a Big Fat ZERO from us.
Everything was done in a timely matter and I did not have to miss any time off work yo get this done.
My agent Ammie Mac explained everything in detail. She was kind, accurate, and I never wondered where we were in the process as she would call and check in.
Andrew answered all questions. only downfall I would say would be the duplicated payoff demand documents we received in the mail
It's wasn't greatest when they had my car on twice and card say we had two of them , and it took for ever
+From the begining of the loan process to the end, Pennymac answered all are questions. Their tec-support people walked us through all our technical questions and were very patient with us. All the people we communicated with respect and courtesy
Brittany was awesome professional polite when it was something that I didn’t understand she went out of her way to find the answer and to make sure that the other department received all of my documents Brittany is a superstar
She was amazing and it was a pleasure working with Brittany.
