I was very impressed with timely updates on loan.. sincerity & willingness to get it done.. Latrice speaking manner was reassuring, positive & invited open communication… certain things were out of MAC control such as appraisal being completed & turned in which closing date had to be changed… the Attorneys office that I chose was complimentary with their interactions with Latrice as well… thank you Ann B Martin

Liem and David were great. I'm glad David gave me a call to discuss our options. They both explained the details of the loan process and I received weekly updates from Liem. Aside from them, my wife and I were surprised at what our home was appraised for. We know the property is worth more but with the loan program it's truly understandable.
