Mostly online or phone call process made it easy to work and still get the process done. Closing was easy they came to me and worked with me even with difficulties
Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end were helpful. Any time I had a question it was always answered in a timely matter. No hiccups.
I did close two months after the initial date expected.
It would have been better if I wasn’t asked to do a survey when my loan was finished.

Really seemed to me the right & left hand were in different worlds. I would get requests for documents previously sent. I am self employed & that is always an issue however it seemed to me as if all of the people I talked with had no idea how to handle a self employed person. I am a sole proprietor & the documents asked for don’t exist. When I called to find out what exactly I could provide all I got was the same response. Didn’t think anyone was listening. The loan was closed in a timely manner though.
Better communication and not having multiple requests for the same documents. Read the E-mails.
