Veronica barely contacted us and out of the 3 times she did, 2 times she called the wrong number. During the last few days before closing I had to call in to get things fixed and escalated right up until a couple hours before closing. And the closing documents were wrong, I had to provide the correct ones sent to me by someone other than Veronica. I felt that although Tyra was more available than my last home loan specialist, she still didn't really advocate between me and the underwriters. Many times I had no idea what the underwriter was requesting and I didn't get much help from Tyra. Even though Ruben is no longer in the process, I had to reach out to him for assistance on multiple occasions. Despite my best efforts to close on time we still ended up closing at 90+ days.
