Service was great
Better communication. This was not Destiny's faults. The previous person who was working with me was terrible at getting/wanting documents. Bad at answering the phone. And then there was someone who was on the team and was no longer working for the company. An absolute s*** show. This took over 3 months.
I felt that although Tyra was more available than my last home loan specialist, she still didn't really advocate between me and the underwriters. Many times I had no idea what the underwriter was requesting and I didn't get much help from Tyra. Even though Ruben is no longer in the process, I had to reach out to him for assistance on multiple occasions. Despite my best efforts to close on time we still ended up closing at 90+ days.
It’s was simple and easy process.
