Very good experience.
I prefer one on one not emails. And having requests for documents by 4 different people on documents that were already sent was getting annoying
My closing was delayed because of legal issues on my end, but we kept working at the process, and PennyMac was able to keep my interest rate locked in for me, which saved me a fair amount of cash going forward.
