Disappointed that final closing figures were less favorable. I was expecting a lower monthly savings on my payments. In other words, give a more accurate estimate of new payments for the refinance up front.

While refinancing or purchasing a home can be stressful it helps to manage expectations. The only really stressful part of the whole process for me was having to do repairs that were required by the VA which was unexpected. Other than that great.
