They dont even deserve 1 star. One of the worst customer services experiences I've ever dealt with. No explanation of how to solve an issue. A new answer each time I call. Unable to get a supervisor. Always promising a solution "tomorrow" or "within a week" with months of nothing. Avoid at all costs!
