Diana was excellent and stayed in contact with me almost daily with updates as we awaited the long back and forth with underwriting. Underwriting process was pretty annoying and unnecessarily long, that part of the experience sucked!

Horrible!! I've been with PennyMac for 18 months and they have been ripping me off with my escrow account. First they were charging me for two homeowners insurance then I got that corrected that when they didn'tget my correct Real estate taxes from the county and its been 6 months of over paying into Escrow. My payment is $400 higher. Every month I call and they say they will correct it and this months its worst!! I have sent them the county tax bill and they STILL are over charging me.
