My loan officer was amazing! She was very patient and helped me along the way with getting my paperwork. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure the documentation was completed. I was able to text her and she responded quickly.

We did have a problem with ServiceLink provided notary. She missed a required signature and additional form. We were not notified until the date of funding items were missing. Funding delayed by 5 days.
