Would be helpful if in the initial stages, someone briefed the customer on the step-by-step process, what to expect, etc. Seemed like all too often I received a new email requesting something more from someone other than the last person I spoke to.
The penny Mac team is very helpful specially Travis Vorbe and Katherine baker were the key to help me get get a loan.. My expectations was better than I expected. I got the money almost Immediately which I was happily surprised.
Overall I had a great experience with the pennymac team although there were some hiccups. The first issue is that the ownership should have been my wife’s trust. The loan app I was sent did not show that and parik told me that the PMAC system showed ownership was shown as being in the trust and that it was up to Lennar title to follow up which they did do. My overall experience was very efficient. I didn’t experience any surprises and every question or concern I had had was answered and addressed promptly. Justin Nosser was very pleasant and I greatly appreciate his patience and knowledge during my loan process. He explained every detail so I knew what to expect come closing. Definitely recommend Justin and the PennyMac team.

Everyone I talked too at PennyMac was awesome. I spent the most time on the phone with Mr. Paider and he was very easy to work with, and a very good communicator. He made buying my first house not as daunting and scary as it sounds. Great people. Great service. Great experience. They will be getting my business again.
