Easy process
It was very fast and very simple. No road bumps. Total time I spent was no than 1.5 hours.
My questions were answered quickly, including the process and other parties involved (titling company).
Dealing with one person during the whole process. Online document processing too confusing.
I like the explanation of what would happened and what to expect. "Step by Step" I think the best part was that Julie is available to answer any questions we had.
