From start to finish it was a good experience
Better communication and follow up along with knowing where we were at in the process. Ashton herself is very pleasant to speak with and has great customer service on the phone. However, there were many times during the loan process that I had questions that were only answered after several emails and phone calls made by me. Straight forward, constant communication, easy process. Very pleasant experience.
Tynisha was fine but didn’t hear from her much. Tyler in the beginning was fine as well. My real grief is the final step and actually closing. Expectations were not properly set
