I had questions and concerns throughout the process, particularly over documents that were requested more than once, and explanations as to why certain documents were needed, and where we were at in the process. I asked Paul for information and he often didn't seem to know what was happening. He often needed to check and ask others for info. Communication repetitive request for same info or say we need to sign things that were signed I understand alot Penny Mac already has part of why I went with them. I could of jumped through all the hoops with some one else for a better rate but I thought would go easier cause you already had everything. Believe me it won't happen again
