We had to call for all information on details. Candace was nice and helpful but the process was light on communication from the company
Eventhough the whole process took longer than expected, loan officers took the time to keep me in the loop as to what point my application was at an that it was diligently being worked on.

Jessica Wheeler started out great until 3 weeks before our closing date. She sent an email for documents I had it back within an hour. But if I had a question she would never respond or call back or email. We were told by her that there needed to be an escrow hold back completed due to the landscaping in the front yard as per the plans. She told us it is not a big deal and will be handled.
