There was a small fumble between the approval/underwriting and closing teams, but all went super super smooth b fore and after the handoff. Really good experience

We’ve done a refi before and it was faster and a smoother process. Also the appraiser sent out appraised our home lower than previous estimates given. She lowered the footage of our home and comped it to smaller homes in the area. The last appraiser didn’t do that. So we got less than we were looking for.
