Everything about the loan process was made simple and easy for us. The only thing I had difficulty with was that the system had a glitch didn't alert our loan officer after we uploaded requested documents, so we were asked for them a couple of times before I had to call and clarify that they were in fact uploaded. Otherwise it was a very pleasant process and I would definitely recommend PennyMac to friends and family!
The whole loan process was handled efficiently and professionally. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of service that we received.

The worst experience
A lot of miscommunication with the team. Different loan officers and processors telling me different things. Better communication and focus on clients
Edward was great. He made every step of the process as painless as could be. He also did a very good job of answering any questions we had and explaining each step of the process. Very happy with him and the help he gave us refinancing our home.
Everything went as planned.
This is a second mortgage we've had with PennyMac. Closings are never easy but this is as smooth as it could get. I would use PennyMac again if I were closing on another home.
