Everything about the loan process was made simple and easy for us. The only thing I had difficulty with was that the system had a glitch didn't alert our loan officer after we uploaded requested documents, so we were asked for them a couple of times before I had to call and clarify that they were in fact uploaded. Otherwise it was a very pleasant process and I would definitely recommend PennyMac to friends and family!

Everything was great except the expectations of the final process. Notary met us outside someone office and didn't tell us we needed to make our own copies. Otherwise process was ok.

Francesca was listed on the emails and documents, but I never did speak to her. The person who filled out my original application actually helped me a couple times, but most of my conversations were with whoever answered the main line. I usually did have to be transferred around a few times before getting someone who could help. The only reason I went ahead with the process, despite the poor communication, was that it was a refinance and I had already been through a purchase before.
