My refinance was quick and easy. I was guided through the process and was able to get all my questions answered promptly.

Everything about the loan process was made simple and easy for us. The only thing I had difficulty with was that the system had a glitch didn't alert our loan officer after we uploaded requested documents, so we were asked for them a couple of times before I had to call and clarify that they were in fact uploaded. Otherwise it was a very pleasant process and I would definitely recommend PennyMac to friends and family!
