Edward called me every week and always kept me up to date. Rather it was something on his side or my side he mentioned it and made sure that I had the correct understanding. He was so great throughout the whole process.

I never had any bad experience with Penny Mac. Their people are very helpful, friendly, and above all, professional.
Would never do a refinance with PennyMac ever again - I had to do most of the work, calling people etc and it took a ridiculous amount of time - mainly because the same documents were requested over and over again and those documents didn’t pertain to us. We’ve done several refinanced and this one is as by far the worst experience
