Claudia was amazing. There were a few issues that cropped up but she stepped in to help.
There was going to be a delay to the closing date which we were not happy with so Penny Mac was able to make it happen on time.
Everything was great except the expectations of the final process. Notary met us outside someone office and didn't tell us we needed to make our own copies. Otherwise process was ok.
The real estate taxes were to be rolled into the new loan, but were not.
Great communication throughout the entire process. Questions were immediately addressed and answered. Seamless process to complete the refinance process.

All my questions were answered Claudia would follow-up quickly when I had questions and she would also call me to let me know where each step of the process was.
