My experience with PennyMac was awesome. Working with Chantel Bryant was amazing. She was easy to talk to. She clearly communicated the process and answered all of my questions throughout. I closed on-time as expected, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chantel and the PennyMac staff, definitely get 5 stars from me.

i thought Francesa hill was great on taking over the job that Daniel Craun. he did not accomplish his duty on handling my loan application. he was rude he did not return my calls,and this is why it took longer then i expected . if it wasnt for Francesca Hill i would have terminated the loan . Thank you for everything
