i thought Francesa hill was great on taking over the job that Daniel Craun. he did not accomplish his duty on handling my loan application. he was rude he did not return my calls,and this is why it took longer then i expected . if it wasnt for Francesca Hill i would have terminated the loan . Thank you for everything
