PennyMac Loan Services did an outstanding job of taking me through the process to refinance my home. Their staff was extremely pleasant to work with and they were very informative. They are excellent communicators, and they understand how to take care of the customer while doing business. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with PennyMac!

Complete breakdown and loss of communication numerous times. We were passed around to various people and our loan officer did most of the work. We closed late, had the wrong paperwork and missing paperwork at closing, and still to this day our escrow is not correct and our insurance information is all wrong from the closing. I have tried for hours on multiple days to correct and cannot get a hold of anyone to assist. Very disappointed.
