Cindy was very good. But she only took over after my previous loan agent did very poor job. So overall, the only thing I liked about my experience with PennyMac was the interest rate :(. But Cindy tried her best to help

PennyMac provided us with a great, straightforward experience while refinancing our home. We couldn't have asked for more!
Was asking for a market rate adjustment and instead, a complete refinance took place. Information was requested I was originally told wasn’t needed, processing info took so long the info was requested 3 more times, each time what was being requested changed and old information had to be updated. No one seemed able to go outside the written script and check what was happening. Imagine my surprise when I received a new deed to the house and learned my old mortgage was paid.
