it seem information got lost when process were push to different department. ex: - Escrow information wasn't got passed correctly. First loan estimate had escrow. - Income from rental properties didn't get passed correctly. - Had issue after closing because of the Deed's name which should be known prior to closing
Took 3 months , read that again!!! 3 months!!! To get this re finance completed. I “chose” penny Mac because y’all were my original lender. So I assumed this would have been a easy process

So many things to share. First while my experience was beyond terrible, I don't blame Sandrea for the entire experience. Clearly her manager and the company's process and procedures need to be fixed. I wish I had never refinanced with PennyMac. The experience, was stressful and it literally raised my blood pressure. This survey is also a terrible survey.
