Ivan was absolutely fantastic. He was prompt and communicated with me very clearly. Almost all of my communication was with Ivan. I don't recall speaking to Erberto during the process.

I’m so happy with Michelle she made the process so easy for me. She would call just to keep me updated on the process and where we were at and what will come next and answered any questions I had and if I couldn’t figure out how to download a document she was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me. If you had one person working on it from beginning to end. I spoke with so many people asking me the same questions. That is very annoying. I really hated setting up a e-mail pass word ( THAT NEVER WORKED ). I am old fashion and like to speak to people, not doing e-mails. I know you do not care what old people think, it is the way we always did it. It worked for us. I know you are saying it goes so much faster. Well haste makes waste.
