Great service
Great job!
Knowledgeable and fast service
Zanetta and Donald were a great help to us refinancing our home. We will definitely request their help for the next home we purchase!
Everything was explained thoroughly from the beginning. Process was quick and easy. Documents were easy to understand and upload. Closing process was quick and local.
The entire process was easy and straight forward because of Nancy's help.
Great service
Many repeated references to the same documents to different people in the company, instead of requiring them from each other.
We used Pennymac since 2016, they were outstanding every year, even throughout the pandemic when I needed flexibility they were there for me. In 2022 I refinanced from an fha to a conventional loan with the same lender and the process was super smooth, and much faster than anticipated, everyone contacted me through every step of the loan, and answered any worries I might have. I will be a pennymac customer for life.
