My experience with Sandrea was amazing. I’m still confused with how my refinance went through so many changes and reschedules. Sandrea did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and clear about all of the changes, even if why the changes were having to happen weren’t always from her department.

The whole process was smooth from start ti finish.
The process took over 60 days and a lot of follow up to find out why it was taking so long. The response was always, "we have everything we need from you but have to escalate your file to have some items checked off or removed". The closing date was supposed to be 12/23/21 but we did not close until 1/11/2022 and have yet to receive the settlement cash-out, 4 days later.
