Lawrence had incredible service. I had many questions and he was able to answer all of them with swiftness, clarity, and transparency.
The process took over 60 days and a lot of follow up to find out why it was taking so long. The response was always, "we have everything we need from you but have to escalate your file to have some items checked off or removed". The closing date was supposed to be 12/23/21 but we did not close until 1/11/2022 and have yet to receive the settlement cash-out, 4 days later. Communication was poor. I was called & informed the loan had been declined, then I was informed I was told the wrong information (by a different agent.) This is my second time trying to refinance & the process is clunky!
Everything went as expected.
When other team members outside of Michael (loan officer who was great) would call, they did not seem to know all the details or options. It was very alarming and we did not get answers until Michael was able to speak with us.
From day one the entire process was seamless and easier than I have ever experienced with any other home financing.
