Communication was poor. I was called & informed the loan had been declined, then I was informed I was told the wrong information (by a different agent.) This is my second time trying to refinance & the process is clunky!
Ms. Claudia, Mr. Pineda and Mr. Corey were very helpful, respectful, always trying to help, beautiful customer relation. With the MacTeam I do not have any problem. I am very satisfied with their service. I have 2 major complain: The first one is with the underwritter. They kept asking for the same documents over and over. They should be asking for all documents at once and not asking one document at a time. This is causing a lot of frustration of the customer. Second, they appraisal was out of the range. It felt like he process could have been faster. There was a period of time with no updates, just to find out a step on your end hadn't been done yet. Overall it was very impersonal.
