Devin was informative and patience.
Clarity and continuity. With the staff being scattered all around it seemed like they did not have great communication. We started to feel like no one really knew what was going on with our loan.
Documents were requested and were sent more than once and I had to get on the phone and ask for someone to take a loser look at these documents to keep from having to send them a 4th time. The information was there but it required y’all taking a second look! Also the originator of our loan made promises of things he said he would reimburse us for and those figures were not clearly marked on our contract!
