Better communication. A verbal review by a member of my pennymac team of the closing documents with explanations would have made it better. Signing off electronically gets pennymac off the hook for providing great customer service. On the day of the close I expect a member of my penny team that I have previously talked to be available. That was not the case. After three attempts by me, the closing specialist finally returned my call. He could not answer my question. Sadly, I believe I was dealing with paper pushers ... read more
