We were told there wasn’t going to be any fees… which now I know means out of pocket fees, but when we were signing we had to pay $10k in fees that rolled into the loan. I felt like that information was hidden from us, because you did not want us to not go forward with the loan.
I had an awesome experience from start to finish with my refinancing with M.A.C. Team. I would definitely refinance again with Pennmac.
