I already sent an email in regards to the loan process and how dissatisfied I was with the "Underwriting" process. The lack of communication and often times being different than what someone else told us was disappointing as well. It was as though the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing the entire process. Not too mention the difficulties of proving income/etc. For someone that is "self-employed." Wow. Both Sandrea, my loan processor, and John, myloan officer were amazing people to work with. They were always very nice and patient in all the process. I refinanced 5 houses at once so you could imagine the amount of work and endless communication needed between my loan processor and officer with me. Sandrea and John were amazing.
