I already sent an email in regards to the loan process and how dissatisfied I was with the "Underwriting" process. The lack of communication and often times being different than what someone else told us was disappointing as well. It was as though the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing the entire process. Not too mention the difficulties of proving income/etc. For someone that is "self-employed." Zanetta is a solid communicator. She checked-in weekly, and was able to answer any question. Very smooth process.

The paperwork was easy, all online, the process was super quick and everyone and everything was explained to me through out. So happy I used PennyMac again!

Giovana Oliveira name disappeared from my open loan home screen ( not sure if she left ) While she was there communication was good. Had an issue with the closing costs and taxes ( it was all correct). Michael Kinney did a great job explaining after the fact so all resolved 100% stratified
