To many people were I involved. We were under the understanding that Jacob was a VA representative as he introduced himself as such. Alot of the documents her requested had already been submitted and some even found to be inaccurate. It was hard to get ahold of Jacob and information on the account. He also stated no one at Pennmac has an email, however we could email Erin directly with an email. Giffry and I Botha agree that Jacob definitely needs more training. Pennymac has always been amazing to work with. I wouldn't want to work with another mortgage company.
There is very little coordination within pennymac. The process was a nightmare.
