When regarding Julie Hill, everything was provided as promised. There were no issues. She did a great job.
The process was so much easier and faster than I expected. The customer service was professional and efficient.
Communication was poor. Pennymac internal inter-departmental communication slowed many stages of the loan process. I never was able to contact my assigned Macteam Loan Officer directly. My Social Security # was never registered within the Pennymac phone system so it was a different loan representative every time I called. I had to initial most informational contacts.
I'll give a five star because everyone was very friendly and professional.
