Overall good service. Many times trying to get the VA COE I was always referred back to having my loan company receive that documentation but I ended up having to retrieve it on my own. Asked for example memos on a few documents and never received them. Everything else was smooth though.
Do many people on board - with many giving different answers. At times hard to get in touch with a specific person.
Reaching the individual that I thought I needed was a little confusing initially.
