Reymond made the process great...the overall experience would have been better if I had started with him. He clearly listened and spoke to my issues, alayed my fears and helped me to continue the process to the end.
Inconsistent communication. When people called to check, they couldn’t really answer my questions. I finally just gave up and signed to get it over with. I don’t want to give her too low of a rating because I’m not sure if it was her or just poor systems.

Overall very nice experience. Everything were handled professionally and within reasonable timeframe. The communications were clear and straightforward. Very satisfied with the total process.
Krystal was fine- she gave us a once weekly update once she was assigned to us. My biggest problem and issue is with the original loan officer- Sevada. When I initially talked to him, he was great- pleasant and personable. He gave me his email address and said to email any questions to him. I emailed him no less than 5 times in the following weeks with questions and concerns and he never, not once, responded back to me. Ever.
