Did not receive timely response from sales staff regarding my refinance. I was supposed to be called and never did receive a call regarding some closing cost numbers.
From start to finish, everyone we interacted with were super professional. Questions were promptly answered. We were kept informed of the status of our loan on a regular basis. The process was easy and the communication was great. I was kept informed every step of the way. Representative Jesse R was very professional.
Ashley was great and communicated regularly and kept me up to date as the process ran a little long but was excellent overall.
Jesse did a great job, once we finally got to work with him, but we were beyond frustrated by then. We closed three loans with PennyMac, but our home took several more months to finally complete it, even though all the information for all loans was identical. I had to stay in constant communication and follow up for weeks on end before the 1st loan we started with in May finally closed in October. Again, Jesse did great, but if working on more than one loan, it should be done together.
Everyone was professional and nice. Very helpful.
