process went smoothly
The process was fast at the beginning very responsive but towards the end i felt that my application was left hanging but Lisa was awesome she gave me update all the time and explained the remaining process well.
Working with the PennyMac team to refinance my mortgage loan was quick and easy. Guillom Hines' assessment of my current loan and his calculations of refinancing allowed me to feel comfortable selecting a new interest rate and monthly payment. Rachel Harris kept me updated throughout the refinancing process and called me on a weekly basis, even if it was to inform me she didn't have an update since the previous week. I am very glad PennyMac is my mortgage company!
Great experience and closed as scheduled
Charisse Reed did a fantastic job once she took over the loan process. Unfortunately, that was not until a month and half into the process. Before that communication was lacking, despite several attempts through phone calls and emails. If it hadn’t been for Charisse we might still be waiting to close.
Service was pretty good throughout the entire process.
Everybody we dealt with at PennyMac wasknowledgeable, informational and extremely kind. Highly reccomend!
