More timely processing and better updates along the way. More responsiveness to emails and calls. I have a request I’m at this moment for a letter and I have asked for the status and still no reply or response. Unacceptable to me as a PennyMac customer who has never been late on payments and have paid you thousands.

process went smoothly
The process was fast at the beginning very responsive but towards the end i felt that my application was left hanging but Lisa was awesome she gave me update all the time and explained the remaining process well.
Charisse Reed did a fantastic job once she took over the loan process. Unfortunately, that was not until a month and half into the process. Before that communication was lacking, despite several attempts through phone calls and emails. If it hadn’t been for Charisse we might still be waiting to close.
Service was pretty good throughout the entire process.
Communication was almost non-existent after talking with the initial loan officer. Many times I had questions that I sent e-mails about, but they went unanswered. The only way I was able to get the information I needed was to call in and wait on hold for 30 minutes.
Smooth process 👍.
Everybody we dealt with at PennyMac wasknowledgeable, informational and extremely kind. Highly reccomend!
